I visited for my first paid service of my 2023 Honda Amaze VX CVT at Iconic Patparganj and below is my overall user experience 1. Initially over phone customer executive Miss Prachi followed up for my service booking and we agreed on certain service package 2. Based on the service package offered I visited service centre self on Saturday, due to weekend it was too much of rush but was attended by Miss Pranchi and my vehicle was assigned to Advisor 3. Based on inspection, certain things as per service schedule was advised and an estimation of work was given to me, further to which based on my experience and understanding and my vehicle driven kms, I excluded few things from advised job card and asked for agreed service package only 4. Initially there was resistance and disagreement on agreed service package and estimated service cost 5. Offered package initially by customer support team over phone was not possible as per their service advisor estimation and service manager also find it difficult to offer, due to variance in cost as per line items.of service schedule. 6. But since something was agreed and confirmed, I asked for same without any further changes else was ready to take back my vehicle without service 7. But then to my surprise, my issue was taken up by Miss Vijeta - Customer head and Mr Mayanak Jain - Service head and they assured me that whatever was confirmed would be offered , all this took bit time but they asked me to rest assured and take the vehicle for service. 8. Since for above initial disagreement, it took almost more than an hour, Mayank ji and Vijeta ji personally requested me to wait for sometime and get things resolved 9. I was bit confused whether after so much of confusion, to and fro, things will be working positive or not, Mayankji personally took me to service bay and instructed service mechanic assigned to get all things done in proper manner and to expedite things. 10. Vijeta ji arranged for snacks as whole process was delayed and I was there since morning. 11. Service mechanic explained all things and got my engine oil and transmission fuel changes with other things explained properly infront of me. 12. Since it was weekend, and was great rush of vehicles , Mayank ji again got my vehicle washing and delivery done as soon possible 13. I saw Mayank ji regularly visiting service bay, washing area and delivery area and listening to customers problem with personal attention. 14. Finally billing was also done as per my expectations only without much deviation. Initially my experience was not good, but customer satisfaction which Vijeta ji and Mayank ji added, was really appreciable, helpful and reflected that still people like them keeps customer satisfaction on top of anything. Heartful thanks to Mr Mayanak ji and Miss Vijeta ji and hope same level of service and satisfaction is delivered to all customers. Also we as customer should also be bit aware , attentive and try to get know how on things so that overall experience goes good hand in hand. With all above explained for my user experience I will give 5 star review to Iconic Patparganj. Thanks
