I got my car serviced on 16th April 2026. I experienced of overcharging of the work done by them even the workmanship is not matched with the prices they charged. I am totally unsatisfied with the service done by them.

I recently had an issue with my car at Crown Honda, Noida, and I must say the experience was a rollercoaster. While I was extremely disappointed and angry with the unprofessional behavior of staff members like Monica and Nasim who were insensitive enough to say 'Gaadi road pe chalegi toh thokegi hi' the situation was completely turned around by Ashu Ma'am. ​I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional customer handling of Ashu Ma'am. She is a true professional who knows how to treat a customer with respect. She listened to my concerns patiently, didn't ignore a single detail, and personally ensured that my car's issues and Fastag arrangements were handled smoothly. Even a small misunderstanding we had on call was cleared up gracefully by her. ​If Crown Honda wants to maintain its reputation, they seriously need to train their ground staff (like Monica and Nasim) to be at least half as empathetic and polite as Ashu Ma'am. ​5 Stars for Ashu Ma'am's hospitality and leadership! She is the reason I am closing this matter on a positive note. Highly recommended to reach out to her if you want your concerns to be actually heard.
