My name is Bunty Babu. I purchased a Honda Amaze car from Crown Honda on September 27, 2025. Its registration number is UP80HS9488, and I bought it through a salesman named Jamal Khan. He assured me that I would receive the Registration Certificate (RC) within 30 to 45 days and that I would not need to go anywhere; they would hand it over to me directly. However, I had to visit the RTO office twice, and it ultimately took three months to receive the RC. It was a very unpleasant experience. Subsequently, a CNG kit was installed in the car, which required an update to be made in the RC. Now, approximately three more months have passed, yet I still have not received the updated RC. They had promised that this process would be completed within 30 to 45 days, but now I am having to make repeated trips to the RTO office. Why, exactly, is this happening? I am posting this on March 18, 2026, because I have not received a response.
