    I went to get my Honda City serviced and it was a really good experience with Mr Junaid at the reception and with Mr Asif who was the engineer. They don't sell you unnecessary add-ons and they give genuine advice.

    I recently visited Vibrant Honda Aligarh for vehicle service. The overall experience was decent. The customer service was satisfactory, and the waiting time was reasonable. The staff members were polite, supportive, and willing to help throughout the process. However, the waiting lounge could be improved. It doesn’t meet the standards I’d expect from a Honda service centre in terms of comfort and amenities. Overall, a good service experience with courteous staff, but the customer waiting area definitely has room for improvement.

    It was a fantastic experience from booking to delivery. Mr. Intezar and Mr. Shankar went above and beyond to ensure every formality was completed within our required timeline. Kudos to him and the entire team of Vibrant Honda for their dedication and professionalism. I was initially skeptical about the delivery experience, but they exceeded all my expectations and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I'm truly happy with the service and highly recommend them!
