He was not just a salesperson, but a genuine well-wisher who understood my preferences, my pace, and my personality. About three months ago, I began researching the features of the new Amaze online. To my surprise, I received a call within hours from Mr. Praveen, who politely enquired about my interest and offered a test drive. Initially, I declined. But what truly impressed me was his gentle persistence, he willingly travelled nearly 23 km to my home just to offer the test drive. His approach was never pushy; it was respectful and considerate. I took the test drive, liked the car, and decided to make the booking. However, I clearly informed him that I needed three months to arrange funds and didn’t want to be contacted in the meantime. What stood out was his ability to understand and respect my boundaries. He never disturbed me, unlike other sales executives who often follow up aggressively and make the process feel overwhelming.
