Thanks to Mr.Aneesh and entire Peninsular Honda team for smooth and fastest delivery of my car.

I was travelling from Calicut to Trivandrum for a hospital emergency when my car developed a sudden gear issue. Early in the morning around 7:20 AM, even before office hours, I called Peninsular Honda. To my surprise and relief, SM Meenu answered the call patiently and listened to my problem with so much understanding and care. Though she asked me to bring the car by 8:30 AM, hospital responsibilities delayed me and I could only reach around 10:30 AM. Still, Meenu immediately took action, understanding my situation without a second thought. She promptly assigned Suresh and Nithin, who inspected the vehicle immediately and inspeceted the issue in just 15 minutes. At a time when I was already mentally stressed due to the hospital visit, this kind of humane, compassionate, and lightning-fast support meant a lot to me. I could return to the hospital with peace of mind, and that is something I will never forget. A heartfelt thank you to Meenu, Suresh, and Nithin for going above and beyond.
