Had a really good experience with the Honda sales team during my car purchase. Umarul was responsive and always available when I needed help. Special mention to Aravind, the Team Lead, who was very prompt, courteous and patient with all my questions. Sarath , the Manager was also good and helpful and understood my requirements well. Ratheesh, GM Sales, was supportive and assured me that the changes I requested would be taken care of. Hitesh the SQM helped me with my queries regarding Honda Connect, RSA and extended warranty was really helpful...while Sabari from Accessories helped me with the parts information.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Really appreciate the support from the team. Looking forward to seeing how the service experience goes, and will update the review later.
