This is one Service Center about which I need to say a few things. Background : My Honda City had run over something and I could hear some screeching sound from underneath the car. This happened around 11PM near Hubbali during my Mumbai Bangalore nonstop drive. So we put up at a Hotel in Hubbali and approached 'Lake View Honda' in the Morning. I did not have a service booking. I was visiting the Showroom for the first time. I didn't know anyone there. I couldn't speak Kannada. My Experience : The staff made me feel like a regular customer. Their hospitality was worth mentioning. The vehicle was examined and the issue was clearly explained to me. With my consent, the vehicle was repaired within 30 Mts. This was a special experience. Honda is known for their service quality. But to experience this first hand, that too in a different State, was an experience in itself. Special Mention of the below personnel.
