I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience throughout the entire process. The procedures were smooth, well-organized, and customer-experience. The overall process-from initial inquiry to final delivery--was smooth, transparent, and well- organized. The staff ensured that everything was handled efficiently, making the purchase hassle-free I would especially like to appreciate the Team Leader, Mr. Babuchandran, for his excellent guidance and support throughout the process. A special thanks also to the Sales Executive, Mr. Sumesh, for his professionalism, clear communication, and dedication in assisting me at every step. We purchased a Honda City from Muthoot Honda Trivandrum, and Our experience was highly appreciable. First of all, We are a little bit confused over which segment of vehicle to be purchased, ie; Amaze, City and Elevate. But after interacting with the Sales Personnel, Mr. Sajin, he is very patient enough to detail each vehicle with delight, thereby took a decision to go ahead with Honda City. Vehicle is having awesome performance and We are all liked Honda City so much. Eventhough my timings during the visit at Muthoot Honda, is late evening only and on Sundays, Mr. Sajin arranged all very conveniently with pleasure, thereby can conclude it very smoothly. Even after delivery, the team continues to check in and ask for updates, which shows their strong sense of responsibility and confidence in their work.
