Magnum Honda - 3S

I purchased Honda Elevate from this showroom this year in March 2026. Within first 6 months one of my tyre got damaged. I raised the issue to the tyre manufacturer(GoodYear) but they declined the claim saying it was a physical damage. But Shreyas from Magnum Honda, genuinely understood my concern, went above and beyond to get the tire replaced free of cost from Honda side. I genuinely appreciate his professionalism and commitment towards his customer satisfaction. Also I appreciate Magnum Honda, Kanakapura road for their commitment and dedication. I am really happy with the over all experience.

I had a wiring issue with my AC and both Ivan and Doddappa who was handling my case were honest and genuine in letting me know what the issue is, and solved it for me in a less-than-expected-cost. You think you’ll be expecting a huge bill and come with a sad expectation, but I was happy to know that the charges were genuine.

The car was delivered with all the accessories properly fitted, and the entire purchase process was smooth and well-supported. A special thanks to Mr. Satish for his excellent support throughout the formalities, offers, and delivery process. He made sure everything was well arranged and even organized a pooja during the delivery, which made the occasion even more special. One area where I feel there is room for improvement is the after-sales service. I would appreciate better attention during the first service and regular follow-ups with customers. Also, the car wash and final inspection of the vehicle before delivery could be more thorough, ensuring the vehicle is completely clean and properly inspected before handing it over.
