This level of transparency is something I really appreciated. The result speaks for itself - the car now feels smooth with zero noise, which was a long-standing issue for me. For major technical issues like this, it would be great if more customers could directly interact with the technician early on, rather than only through a service advisor. That direct technical explanation really builds trust. Overall, I am satisfied with the professionalism, clarity, and end result.
