If work not done properly everyone gives bad comments but when work done as per your satisfaction no one appreciate but I will not do that the word satisfaction rise from team arya honda kalima and in that Mr.Prashant Padma the quality manager there is so knowledgeable and soft spoken person,explain every work in details which increase love on the car.Really felt whlem meeting him,all the best and recover soon get well soon will pray for you.

Very very unexpected experience I received in this kalina workshop staff is excellent shows humble and positive approach towards customer Probably to mention mr.prashant padma the quality manager I had met him before many years back came with my friend car he solved his car issue in minutes he even saved his name as Dr.prashant honda in front of me,and now after long time I met him and was glad to see him but due to his health issue he was not able to come to the car, but he asked the problem in car I briefed him and in next moment he called someone and told something on his words,I went with that guy and he did the same he told and what wonder when I took the car my problem was resolved. I wonder how experienced he will be that without looking the car he got the fault and rectified really appreciate and recommend him to look after my car henceforth,I have full trust and faith on him and next my car will also be HONDA,all the best to his team and will pray God for his fast recovery...cheers.

Excellent service by the team, genuinely grateful for the issue fix by the team and overall guidance and help. Problems were explained as well as the possibile solutions & cost and timeline of fixes in the best fashion with consistent updates. Mr. Sachin Malve was proactive, helpful, polite, and professional throughout the process. I feel this is my best car service of the decade!
