I recently visited Astha Honda Car Service Center on Bailey Road, Patna, and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. I was assisted by Komal ji at the reception, Deepak ji overall, Ajit ji in the workshop, and Ujwal ji for car detailing and cleaning. Each of them was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. Their behavior showed that they truly care about customers and their work. They even offered me tea and coffee multiple times, which made the waiting experience really pleasant. My car was serviced thoroughly, and I left feeling very satisfied.
