A week ago, I gave my car to Whitefield Honda after it had suffered extensive damage. Before handing over the vehicle, I personally spoke with Bodyshop Manager Mr. Manjunath Sir and Workshop Manager Mr. Ganesh Sir, who guided me throughout the process. I was carrying a Honda Assure insurance policy, and Mr. Martin, Service Advisor, handled my insurance claim exceptionally well. He made sure that everything eligible was covered under insurance and, through his excellent coordination, saved me nearly ₹1.5 lakh. I am extremely happy and grateful for his support. The vehicle was handled professionally, and I was very satisfied with the overall service experience.
