Just went showroom to check Amaze. More than amaze the service is great. Especially Mr. Basker, very polite and marketed cars very well. Again sundaram motors made great service experience through their staffs like Basker. I left booking amaze due to lack of Features when compared to rivals. I visited the showroom only once prior to taking delivery of car. Vishnu assisted well throught the journey. Being an NRI, he assisted in all formalities right from booking, arranging loan with the help of Karthik. Everything was done from abroad and I took delivery of the car on landing India within 2 working days. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh who supported me in getting a good deal.
