I buyed a BRV from peninsular honda on 2016 and doing service from this service center. The service is best at this service center as my vehicle met accident twice in my 10 year journey with the car and they repaired my car well and the parts are very genuine. Hema madam is very Polite and very helpful in helping me everytime I came to this showroom.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ramapuram Honda service centre near my home The service quality and customer handling were far below expectations, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. In contrast, I had a great service experience with Peninsular Honda. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car was delivered on time, in neat condition, and running perfectly. Their care and attention truly made a difference. I would definitely choose Peninsular Honda again for future services.

We were coming to alleppy from long, reached alleppy in the night after working hours of service and sales. We called up Mr.Girish at around 4 pm and requested him to verify our Honda amaze vehicle to ensure brakes are appropriate., etc. Mr.Girish is such a gentleman - he had all his team members wait for us to arrive at service center and they all pitched in to check the vehicle without any delay after we reached service center. They thoroughly verified vehicle and ensured we can travel in car at night. I wholeheartedly endorse Mr.Girish and his team. Service was tremendous!
