Magnum Honda - 1S

I had a totally unplanned (but exttemely pleasant) visit to Magnum Honda which ended up in booking the Elevate. I was not even looking at this segment (only sub 4m suv) till last evening but only wanted to check to understand why Honda is not the segment leader. Mr Santosh in the first call itself was so genuine, honest, gave some key facts and asked me to visit. He stayed late for us , beyond closure. Once I visited, his patience and knowledge about the whole market turned me upside down ! Not once did he try to sell but just patiently answered all my questions, explained why Honda is not a deserving segment leader and also recommended the best trim. We ended up booking with a promise of delivery by the festival. That shows his amazing customer commitment ! Hats off to Magnum and Mr Santosh they are the best in Bangalore in terms of pricing and customer service ! Will update after the rest of the process till delivery.
