I visited Magnum Honda Mekhri Circle on 23rd March 2026 to check out the Honda Amaze. I had a detailed walkthrough of the car, but since I was specifically looking for a manual transmission, a test drive wasn’t immediately available. The sales representative, Mr. Dhanush, stayed in touch and consistently followed up to arrange a test drive at my convenience. Once it was finally scheduled, I took the car out—and instantly loved it. Soon after my booking, Dhanush informed me that he would be leaving the organization. However, he ensured a smooth and hassle-free handover to Mr. Punith, who continued the process with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. Having done extensive research beforehand, I had quite a few detailed questions—especially around pricing transparency, as car dealerships sometimes tend to hide costs. Both Dhanush and Punith were extremely transparent and patient, addressing every query clearly without any ambiguity. Ms. Anuradha from the finance department was equally supportive, guiding me through the loan documentation seamlessly. I also appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to make payment before the PDI. On 9th April, I conducted the PDI after the car arrived from the factory. At Magnum Honda Main Branch Raghuvanahalli, Mr. Sriram guided me through every detail of the car with exceptional clarity and patience. His thorough explanation and courteous approach left me completely satisfied and confident about my purchase. When it came to accessories, I chose to get a few installed directly from the dealership to ensure warranty protection. Mr. Chandramouli, the accessories manager, was very helpful in assisting me with the right choices. I completed all the formalities and finally took delivery of my car on 20th April 2026 at the Raghuvanahalli branch. Even though I initially interacted with the Mekhri Circle dealership, they were extremely accommodating when I chose to take delivery from the main branch—reflecting a great team culture across locations. Although Mr. Sriram couldn’t be present on the delivery day due to personal reasons, he had made all arrangements in advance. Ms. Sindhu, Senior Consultant, handled the delivery and documentation process efficiently and professionally. And throughout Mr. Punith would constantly update me and keep in touch, even after taking delivery if I have any doubts relating to the car, he always tends to my call and answers to all my queries. Overall, I would like to thank the entire team at Magnum Honda Mekhri Circle and Magnum Honda Main Branch, Raghuvanahalli for making this such a smooth, transparent, and memorable car-buying experience.
