I recently bought Honda amaze 3rd gen from maansarovar honda. The sales team immediately responded for my initial query and gave me a proper test ride. Negotiations were better when we reached the dealer directly. I was happy with the price quote. The documentation process was completed in two days and car registered in a different RTO ( as per my request) which some other dealers were unwilling. Tiny clerical mistakes like entering mobile numbers with 11 digits in invoice could have been avoided if the data entry team was little diligent. The car was delivered on said date. The delivery process was very simple, no pomp and show. Only a new car ribbon and unveiling. Next time, please inform customers that garland will not be given by you and that customers have to buy themselves for their car. We were not informed and a little taken aback. Honda connect was activated only after multiple calls after a week time although honda india says 48 hours. The accessories fitment team was little slow in responding to queries. Otherwise, the sales was a nice experience. The showroom was spacious and approachable easily. Thanks to Maansarovar Honda for giving me amaze and hope to have a "amazing" servicing experience too.
