I would like to sincerely appreciate both ACKO Motor Insurance and Green Honda for the excellent service I received during my recent insurance claim. On 2nd June, I informed ACKO that my car had been involved in a minor accident and that the front bumper had been damaged. The claim process was initiated immediately, and I was directed to Green Honda, from whom I had originally purchased the vehicle. The entire experience was remarkably smooth and hassle-free. Green Honda arranged for the vehicle to be picked up, and the ACKO app made it very easy to upload and submit all the required documents. A special mention goes to Mr. Sanket, who handled my case with exceptional professionalism. He was courteous, responsive, and kept me updated almost twice a day on the progress of the repairs and claim process. Yesterday, I received my car back, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the repair work carried out by Green Honda. Everything was completed efficiently, transparently, and without any glitches. A special mention of Mr Parashuram of Green Honda. Wonderful customer service!! My vehicle Honda jazz back side was hit by an unknown person,and the vehicle was terribly damaged which included even the rear panel, lights,dicky door.This vehicle got repaired in green honda,uppal unit, which task was entrusted to B Uday Kiran.He showed full interest in repairing and made a show room piece.l thank him personally and all unit members involved in this.l recommend others too for repairs.- Dr Surender Raju.
