I recently took a Honda Elevate. The kind of customer centricity, the entire team has is phenomenal since day 1 of my interaction. Haven't seen a dealer ensuring customer satisfaction without a commitment in hand. To put in context, my office is 60km away from Vizag and I had to be absolutely sure of the ride quality where Green Honda raised the bar by offering test ride for the complete way. This is indeed commendable. Pallab and Balu have been of immense help throughout the journey from day 0. Lot of coordination had to be done for paperwork from lease point of view where they seamlessly managed the show. On the day of delivery also, the entire staff team including Murli ji, Bhavani ji and team were extremely welcoming. Even after sales also, I find the team as responsive as they were on day 0.
