    I have recently bought a Honda city, The buying experience was really good. Naveen and Manju helped me in every stage and they were prompt in every action. They did their best to deliver the car before the promised date. Everything was transparent and quick. They updated me regularly about the vehicle tracking and provided the best price. Overall a very pleasant experience with Grand Honda and I highly recommend the dealer for buying a new car.

    I would like to give zero stars, as grand honda is one of the worst service centre I come across. For their mistakes and carelessness they will blame customers. Especially the service manager puts every thing on customer and regional managers are worst and thy support their staff and dont have time to listen to your answers as they are good with their assumptions especially shika Patania. For our honda city they didn't refill clutch oil and due to which clutch got burnt immediately after first service. But they turnt every thing on customer This guy's will make unnecessary delays and force you to take vehicle from the service centre without proper resolution. Kindly double check every thing before taking delivery of the car from service if possible change the service center.
