Both pros and cons are there : ✅ Pros • Authentic Workmanship: Service quality feels genuine, with proper attention to detail and brand-standard procedures. • Good Product Quality: Use of reliable, branded consumables like lubricants and gear oil adds confidence. • Thorough Washing: Car cleaning is well-executed, leaving vehicles looking fresh and well-maintained. • Professional Setup: The environment and staff reflect a polished, dealership-grade experience. • Trustworthy for Major Repairs: Ideal for complex issues where OEM parts and certified technicians matter. ❌ Cons • Time-Consuming: service can stretch to 4–5 hours or more , so it demands a full half-day commitment. • Aggressive Upselling: RSA (Roadside Assistance) is frequently pitched—even when it may not be immediately relevant unless there’s a breakdown. It’s useless for me in last 5 years . This year also they sold to me 😥 • Consumables Transparency: Items like gear oil, lubricants, and rodent repellent are billed for full bottles, but leftover portions aren’t consistently returned. I got them last year, but not this time—highlighting a lack of standard practice. • Higher Cost vs. Local Shops: Pricing is significantly steeper than neighborhood garages, especially for basic services. • Luck-Based Accountability: Whether you receive unused portions or get clarity on itemized billing often depends on whether you remember to ask—rather than a proactive system.

I'm owner of a 2014 Honda Brio model. It was my first and very pleasurable service experience. Would like to mention the name of the service advisor Mr Arup Bhakta. He was polite and guided me with proper suggestions. Also, I found Mr Fakruddin Khan (CGT), to be an extremely knowledgeable person. Would suggest all to consult him regarding mechanical queries.
