Good car service place in goa

Very happy with my experience here. From my past experiences with other companies, I absolutely loathe and dread visits to the service center because the people either don’t care or you’ve to constantly follow up to get things fixed. The service center here is massive with ample parking and a nice lounge area. Edna helped me book a service appointment on short notice and Saish was very helpful and honest in his dealings and in explaining what things are required to be done. Few things like some missing rivets and bolts etc were fixed without any additional charges. I was told I would get the car at 5pm and I got it exactly at the promised time. The service price was also reasonable and I look forward to my next routine service.

While on a driving holiday in Goa, our Honda car got a glitch in Varca. I was advised to go to this Coastal Honda Service Centre. It was a pleasant surprise to see huge and professional facility. On inquiry I was informed that it is 7th largest Honda authorized service Centre in Asia and it looked so. Though I was a walkin customer, my problem was promptly and courteously handled by Sachin while I waited in a comfortable Customer Lounge. It was a 10 minute fix issue which would otherwise have drained my car battery. If you are in Goa in a Honda which needs any attention, I would recommend you to head straight to this place.

Now that's what I call a car showroom everything's just so quick there the guys address you very fast and very efficiently

Staff is very courteous, Sudan helped me with my car AC problem. Job was done within the time given to me. There was some minor issue with my glove box but when I told Sudan about it, he has send the mechanic next day to my residence to fix it. I really appreciate their service Thanks

If you buy a Honda car for its reliability, getting it serviced at Coastal Honda Verna, Goa is the cherry on top of the ownership cake. The entire service process from the time you enter the service premises to the time you leave is seamless and stress-free. The service advisors are knowledgeable, friendly, and keep you well advised on the status of your car. Special mention to SA Saish. The lounge is relaxing and clean, although I wish they brought back the snack counter as there aren't many food outlets nearby. I must mention though, when parts do fail, they can be on the pricier side. But you don't feel the pinch with the smooth service experience. P. S. I have also dealt with the service from Priority Skoda, Sai Service Maruti, and Goa Hyundai. IMO, Coastal Honda trumps them all (Skoda being the worst).
