Don’t get misled by some of the negative reviews. I recently got the first service of my Honda Elevate done at Castle Honda while on a road trip from Himachal Pradesh to Bangalore with a fully loaded car on 23 June 2026. I informed Mr. Deepak that I was travelling long distance and carrying a lot of luggage. He immediately assigned a supervisor to stay with the vehicle throughout the service process. I was even allowed to be present near the vehicle during the wash and basic inspection, which gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. The technicians followed the service checklist thoroughly and checked all items as per the Honda service manual. The staff was courteous, transparent and professional throughout the visit. What stood out most was the hospitality and willingness to accommodate a travelling customer who was away from his home city. Overall, I had an excellent first-service experience at Castle Honda, Jhansi and would not hesitate to recommend them to fellow Honda owners.
