I have bought elevate black edition recently and the buying journey was very satisfactory. Staff is good. My contact person was Rakesh who is really helpful.

Let me start by saying that I waited till I got my RC to review Brigade Honda. I booked the ZX CVT Honda Elevate on Oct 26, (Diwali week), got the car delivered on Nov 9th and received my RC on Jan 21st 2026. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were treated well. Had a test drive arranged within 30 mins. Booked the car within 2 hours and was pleased with everything. Keshav was the sales person, who was very cordial. I got a deal as per what I had in mind. The sales team followed up with updates and I took delivery of the car on Nov 9th. The alpha bold grill was an accessory that came later, but it did come exactly 30 days post delivery, which is not a bad thing. The people at the dealership are very approachable, responsive and ready to assist. Be it, the accessory, the insurance, the RC, everyone responded on first approach. 100% for responsiveness. The first service was also smooth, with no hassles, no over selling of parts or extra fittings. I availed the pickup and drop facility, and it was smooth. Service engineer Manjunath was also very friendly and easy to work with. A big thank you to the finance person, Mohan Kumar, Keshav, Maheswari; for helping with a query, and Tameem who delivered the vehicle. To all the Honda fans, Brigade Honda is a good spot to get your new vehicle. Thank you....

The moment we entered the showroom we were warmly welcomed with a water bottle and a cup of coffee. Mr. Keshav assisted and cooperated with us really well from showing the car to test drive to getting it delivered on time and additionally helped us with RTO registration which is a TASK.
