Brigade Honda

It has been a good experience, probably because of the soft spoken sales executive, Leelesh. He is well mannered , respectful and knowledgeable. He doesn't make tall claims. But better service is something,I am counting on. I shall update this space post my service experience for my Elevate. My previous service experience: I owned a gen1 Jazz. The service cost was always on higher side. But for the love for the car had to bear with the higher costs. The service team would keep chasing for service shop visit every 6 months and it was annoying. Warned them couple of times. But now the car is no more with me and Honda too has improved their engines which hopefully don't need expensive service costs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really smooth and pleasant experience with Honda, right from the purchase to the after-sales service. A special mention to Karan, who handled our car purchase. He was extremely helpful, transparent, and easy to deal with throughout the process. What I particularly appreciated was that there was no unnecessary pressure or push for additional things. He made the entire process very convenient and straightforward. We actually first checked with the Honda showroom near KR Puram/Whitefield, as it was the closest showroom to us, but the offer there wasn’t matching what we were looking for. We also compared prices with other options, including Chennai, and Karan was able to give us the best price we found in Bangalore. That made our decision much easier, and we really appreciated his effort in getting us the best possible deal. We also recently had a minor accident, which resulted in some damage around the headlight/front area. We gave the car to Honda for the repairs, and Chetan from the Body Shop coordinated everything with us. He was very responsive and made the entire process hassle-free. We had mentioned that we were travelling and needed the car back on time, and the team took that into consideration. We handed over the car over the weekend, and it was fully ready by the following weekend. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and we were very happy with the way the repairs and coordination were managed. Overall, it has been a very positive experience with Honda, both during the purchase and with the after-sales service. A big thank you to Karan and Chetan for making everything so easy and convenient. Really appreciate their support, responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
