My Honda City’s AC was not cooling properly. I tried getting it fixed elsewhere but the issue kept coming back. At Vision Honda, Kakkavayal the team did a thorough diagnosis. They explained the root cause clearly and fixed it completely. Now the AC is working perfectly. Very professional service and transparent pricing. Took my Honda City for periodic service at Vision Honda, Kakkavayal. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The service advisors explained all the required work, there were no hidden charges, and the car was delivered on time in perfect condition. The team was very professional and customer-friendly. I had a major issue with my Honda City where the ECM was faulty. The team at Vision Honda, Kakkavayal handled everything in a very professional and friendly manner. From diagnosis to solution, the service advisors explained everything clearly and solved the complaint completely. Their behavior was excellent and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. I was facing serious brake issues with my Honda Amaze. I visited 2 other Honda showrooms before this, but they were unable to resolve the problem properly. Finally, I approached Vision Honda, Kakkavayal and their team did an excellent job. From the inspection to the repair, everything was handled professionally. The service advisors explained the issue clearly and the team ensured the brake problem was completely fixed. I am very satisfied with their expertise and commitment.
