Very good costumer service

From the sales team all the way to the friendly service personnel, everyone has exhibited a strong sense of professionalism and displayed commendable cooperation in their work. I'm truly delighted that I made the decision to purchase a Honda car. Recently, I had a small scratch on the vehicle, and to my astonishment, they were able to resolve it so efficiently in just 15 minutes.Particularly, Mithun from Honda (I didn't catch all their names, but they're all really excellent at what they do).

My Honda Amaze had a problem with the AC. During my road trip from Pune to Calicut there was absolutely no issue with the AC, but once I reached Guruvayoor my AC stopped working. I was unable to get my issue sorted because being a Sunday most of the shops were closed. Finally on 16th of February on my return, I checked into Signature Honda at Kasargod. Right from the time we checked in, the staff gave me and my family the best services that one would deserve. They immediately got my car checked and found out that the wires had been bitten by rats. While they were getting the issue sorted with the car, the staff gave us tea and refreshments. They also told us to order our lunch and made arrangements for me and my family to eat peacefully in their pantry. I was totally taken aback by their exemplary service. I would like to personally thank, Mr. Mohammed Mustafa (Advisor), Mr. ROOPESH (Job Control), NYLA/NYSHA (Service Receptionist ), RANJISHA (Receptionist Sales),JASEELA (Sales Consultant), SOORAJ (Maintenance Staff), ASHVIN AND NIDEESH (Customer Relation Manager). A big shoutout to all the staff and if I missed any of the names, please take this as a gratitude mail for your exemplary services provided. Honda is the best always and you guys at Signature Honda truly know the meaning of "Atithi Devo Bhava". I would sincerely like to apologize for writing this review quite late. Due to personal commitments, I was unable to give a quick review.

I had an amazing experience at Signature Honda Kasaragod showroom ! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect car within my budget. No pushy sales tactics—just honest advice. The showroom was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of vehicles. The financing process was smooth, and I drove out with my dream car in no time . Highly recommend!
