I had a very disappointing experience at Ramapuram Honda service centre near my home The service quality and customer handling were far below expectations, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. In contrast, I had a great service experience with Peninsular Honda. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car was delivered on time, in neat condition, and running perfectly. Their care and attention truly made a difference. I would definitely choose Peninsular Honda again for future services.

We were coming to alleppy from long, reached alleppy in the night after working hours of service and sales. We called up Mr.Girish at around 4 pm and requested him to verify our Honda amaze vehicle to ensure brakes are appropriate., etc. Mr.Girish is such a gentleman - he had all his team members wait for us to arrive at service center and they all pitched in to check the vehicle without any delay after we reached service center. They thoroughly verified vehicle and ensured we can travel in car at night. I wholeheartedly endorse Mr.Girish and his team. Service was tremendous! We had an unforgettable experience with this Honda service center. On a Saturday evening around 7 PM, just as the service center was about to close for the day, we noticed a minor issue with our car. To make matters worse, it was pouring heavily and we were on our way to the airport, already worried about the time. Since this wasn’t even our usual dealer, we hesitated to call, not expecting much help at closing time. But to our surprise, the service team assured us they would wait. Despite the heavy rain and late hour, they patiently stayed back, checked the car, and quickly rectified the issue so that we could continue our airport journey without stress. We are genuinely grateful for their timely help and professionalism, and would highly recommend this Honda showroom/service center to anyone looking not only for a car, but for a team that stands by you when you need them the most.
