While Vision Honda places considerable emphasis on post-service feedback collection, which can sometimes be excessive, and their showroom styling is noted to be more refined compared to Peninsular Honda, I have found that the service quality, staff behavior, and the professionalism of advisors at Peninsular Honda are notably superior. My experiences with Vision Honda have included instances of overcharging, billing for unperformed services, and other discrepancies, which have not been encountered at Peninsular Honda. Based on my experiences, I would recommend Peninsular Honda as the preferable choice for service in the Ernakulam area.
