Outstanding Service Experience at Magnum Honda, Yeshwanthpur – A Big Thank You to the Entire Team! I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team at Magnum Honda Service Centre, Yeshwanthpur, for the excellent service and professional attention they extended to my Honda City CVT. My car is registered in Goa, and we had travelled to Bengaluru for a vacation. Unfortunately, during our onward journey to Bengaluru, I noticed wobbling of the steering wheel and vibrations in the front of the car whenever the speed crossed 90 km/h. Naturally, this was a matter of concern, particularly when travelling away from home. The team at Magnum Honda handled the issue with remarkable professionalism, patience and technical expertise. As the first step, they carried out wheel balancing, wheel alignment and wheel rotation to eliminate the initial possible causes. They then proceeded systematically to investigate the other potential root causes, including computerised diagnostics, leaving no stone unturned in their efforts to identify and resolve the problem. The car was also taken on three separate extended high-speed test drives to ensure that the issue was properly investigated and the effectiveness of the repairs was verified. What impressed me even more was their genuine concern for customer satisfaction even after the repairs. Magnum Honda proactively followed up with me and sought updates on the car's performance. This level of personal attention and accountability is truly commendable. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Yatish, Mr. Albert Raj, the Workshop Floor Manager, and the receptionist for their courteous behaviour, cooperation and all the assistance they provided throughout the process. Each of them contributed to making this experience reassuring and pleasant. In my opinion, Magnum Honda has done an exceptional job of grooming its employees to combine technical competence with courtesy, responsibility and a truly customer-centric approach. Such a service culture inspires confidence and reflects great credit on the management of the organisation. Magnum Honda is a wonderful example of how a service centre should treat its customers. I had an issue with an outside smell coming inside my car, which started around July last year. I visited Whitefield Honda, KR Puram multiple times and also approached Vision Honda, Muvattupuzha, Kerala, but unfortunately the issue could not be properly diagnosed or resolved despite several visits. After dealing with this for almost a year, I decided to give Magnum Honda a try. Their team finally identified the actual cause of the problem and found that it was related to poor workmanship from an earlier repair. They rectified everything properly, and the issue has finally been resolved. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Ram Kumar, Senior Advisor at Magnum Honda, who led this work. He took the time to understand the issue, investigate it properly, and make sure the actual root cause was identified and fixed rather than simply trying temporary solutions. After almost a year of frustration and multiple unsuccessful visits elsewhere, it was a huge relief to finally have someone take ownership of the problem and resolve it. A big thank you to Ram Kumar and the Magnum Honda team for their patience, technical understanding, and professional approach. This is the kind of service I expected from the beginning.
