I am Sandip Bhattacharya from Kolkata, West Bengal. We own a Honda Elevate that is less than two years old and already clocked 44,000 kms. We travel across India in our car. We (me and my wife) have been traveling to Kasol in our car all the way from Jispa on 21 Sep 2026. On the way almost 14 kms before Kasol, the clutch gave up and we had to pull aside and look for help. The nearest Honda Service was at Mandi, Himalayan Honda. We got in touch with Mr Bhadar Singh, Service Manager of Himalayan Honda who guided us to get the car to the workshop for checkup and necessary repair. It was closing time for them on 21st, so we put up in a nearby hotel and reported the workshop next day at 9 30 am. Mr Singh and his team immediately took up the car and set off for the much needed repair. Within 3 hours they replaced the clutch and completed all necessary check ups and handed over the car to me. A wonderful teamwork with dedicated and skilled technicians got back the car in perfect condition and we continued with our journey.
