Admire Honda

After 12 years of driving Maruti and Hyundai cars, I recently switched to a Honda. Adjusting to the new car took a little time, but the real standout experience came during servicing at Admire Honda, Dehradun. I was reminded about the service by their staff, and like most service centres I expected a routine oil change, wash and polish. Despite a busy Sunday with many cars and job cards being prepared, the service supervisor attended to me within 5 minutes. He inspected the car thoroughly, noted a few points, and asked if I faced any issues while driving — without pushing any unnecessary extras or accessories. For the first time I saw proper underbody washing with a UCW system. Later, while the car was being jacked up, a staff member greeted me, offered tea, and took me inside the workshop. He praised me for maintaining the car well and shared useful information. I was impressed — and later learned he was the General Manager. The car was delivered half an hour early. Even then, the GM stopped the vehicle at the gate, called the supervisor, and insisted I sit in the co-driver seat for a quick test drive. Two days later they followed up with a call to check the car’s performance. I strongly recommend Admire Honda to all Honda owners in Dehradun, and to anyone visiting the city who needs reliable service.

Let me take this opportunity to share my Customer experience Journey for My Honda Amaze. Its been 3 years I am driving this Ultimate Machine. Overall I am very happy with the product quality and Moreover I am Delight with the Service experience I am getting at Admire Honda Workshop.
