I recently purchased my Honda Amaze ZX CVT from Sundaram Honda – Thousand Lights (Seethakathi Business Center) and I would like to share my excellent experience with the entire team, especially Mr. Seetharam – Sales Consultant and Mr. Velmurugan – Team Leader (TL). My experience started on 16th August, when I visited the showroom to explore the Honda Amaze. From the very beginning, Mr. Seetharam was extremely courteous, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained all the variants of the Honda Amaze and gave us a complete and detailed explanation of the top-end ZX CVT variant, including its features, comfort, safety, technology, performance, and overall value. What I particularly appreciated was that he did not rush us into making a decision. He patiently answered all our questions and explained the features in a simple and understandable manner. He also arranged the test drive on the same day, which gave us a very good opportunity to experience the car's comfort, driving dynamics, CVT transmission, and overall feel. The test-drive experience was excellent and, combined with Mr. Seetharam's detailed consultation, gave us the confidence to go ahead with the booking.
