Wonderful experience since acquired our hybrid Honda last year Interaction mainly with Mam Razia and Mr Aditya off and on , whenever any issue arises . Very patient , dedicated , sincere and loyal individual s . Every small issue solved within an hour . Always polite . Mr Aditya now coordinates with other department during servicing and body denting , painting etc thus work is done smoothly . Hats off to Prestige honda / Lally motors for having such staff . Customer friendly to be precise 🙇♀️🙇♀️. 💐💐💐. The " servicing " and body shop workshop too is excellent, perfect job , with in detail plan of work is conveyed with likely cost , no hidden charges , ( that's the best ) . Mr Sandeep interacted the most and does a very satisfying job . Very polite and reassuring tone . Rest of the staff Gurpal , Jashandeep , Davinder , Sandhu Parminder too were very helpful . Raghunath/ Raghuveer and Bablu carl pick boys very humble , quick and quite accommodating . The feedback ladies Ms Ishita and others very very polite and get things rectified quickly if need be . Best part was when my dash camera SD card got misplaced , the Honda team promptly acquired a new one for me , without any extra cost 👌That speaks volume of the honesty and authenticity of the centre . Highly recommended center like the brand . Wish the center all the best for all times to come . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💐. Excellent
