Quick resolution to my Honda city engine cover issue from Santosh Sir & Mauli Sir after discussing on phone how urgently i need a fix. They were very polite + helpful in getting my Honda City fixed in 30 mins Highly Recommended for future service and quick repair!!

I recently visited Kaizen Auto Cars Pvt Ltd., the authorized Honda Service Centre in Solapur, for a clutch issue on my Honda Amaze (Petrol). The clutch had become very hard and difficult to operate. I was absolutely delighted with the speed and quality of service. The hard clutch issue was diagnosed and completely resolved in just one hour, which is incredibly fast. Furthermore, the service charges were very reasonable and justified. A major highlight was the exceptional customer experience. The AC waiting lounge is excellent, offering comfortable sofa seating with TV and complimentary tea/coffee. My thanks especially go to Mr. Saket Shirsat Sir, the Service Center Executive. He is highly knowledgeable and experienced. He was extremely polite, thoroughly explained the estimated cost and scope of work, and took my prior permission before starting any repairs. His guidance on the best repair option for my clutch was invaluable. If you need professional, transparent, and quick Honda service in Solapur, I highly recommend Kaizen Auto and, specifically, speaking with Mr. Saket Shirsat sir.
