I took the Delivery from Delhi and the fear to do all the order, paperwork and delivery process remotely made me apprehensive initially. But the Honda Care for customer ingrained in every showroom gave me confidence to do this purchase. To be unfair to the Honda Showroom in Delhi who gave the service for test drive all my queries answered and when I went to them that I am getting a good discount at Autokam they said please go ahead Sir, we are there for your vehicle after service for which you will have to come to us and we will give our best service. This kind of culture made me to go ahead and it was very much evident in the Sales team, Manager and GM communication by phone, email etc. The Samara Honda Manager and their team never showed any anger or resentment though they lost a car sale & deserve an appreciation and my gratitude. Autokam, shared the vehicle booking, arrival and shows me on video call and booking and delivery was done in 24 hrs time. It was unbelievable. They very smoothly coordinated with RTO agent in Delhi Honda showroom. And the delivery process was so smooth. It was free with Fastag coupon and paperwork was excellent.The valet who delivered the car was so good. I hope when I visit Udaipur will definitely take time to visit Autokam Honda to personally feel their actual hospitality and congratulate their wonderful service. Now getting vehicle from anywhere in India with such kind of services from Honda showrooms shows the Japanese culture of Customer service is most important is true. Keep it up. My Best wishes.

We bought Honda elevate zx mt. Tye experience was so smooth and flawless. Sales executive Mr. Chandraveer and GM- Mr. Were very helpful and always assisted us with our doubts and queries. Delivery experience was exemplary. HONDA=EXPERIENCE. Can't say more.
